14th of February

I know I've been missing-in-action for the past weeks. The blow of acad stuff and org events was massive this February, it actually got me crippled. Haha. Kidding. But yes, I was all sorts of busy, or maybe it was my intention to, since you know, it's freaking February and I don't freaking have a date!

But lo and behold, before I knew it, I'm already on my way to Chubby Habbi's Mediterranean Grill for a Valentine's dinner with my blockmates! :)

After making our tummies happy, we decided to go inside the campus to check the UPLB Feb Fair 2012 out. We met another blockmate there, Prince. :)

Booze and Balls 2012

When we were in Balayan, Batangas (making up for the lost times) last December, my blocmates and I planned on random trips and events we want to go to as a group. And one entry in our (still growing) checklist is to go to the very first party in LB when classes resume after the Christmas break. However, we weren't able to comply due to exams and other acad-related matters so we grabbed the opportunity to attend Delta Lambda Sigma's Booze and Balls 2012: A Party For A Cause last January 26 at Java Avenue when we learned we'd all be free that night! We sponsored the said event which meant a table reserved for our bloc, yay! Some Biology friends also joined us and indeed it was Biologists United Night for us! :)

Double Happiness

Imagine how happy I am upon receiving an invitation from Kate, a new friend, or scratch that -- I've known her years ago but it's just these past few months that we got close. Haha. So the invitation says that it's a joint celebration: Kate's son Gab's christening at the Basilica Minore and her birthday bash at a nearby clubhouse. And of course, without hesitations, I went! :)
